High performance scientific CMOS camera

            Compared with scientific CCD detector, scientific CMOS detector has higher frame rate and ultra-low noise. With the development of backlight processing technology, its quantum efficiency has been greatly improved, even close to or exceed the quantum efficiency of CCD detector in some chips and bands. Thanks to its high readout frame rate, the scientific CMOS detector also has a very small dark current under refrigeration conditions. Therefore, in many applications with short exposure and low quantum efficiency requirements, CMOS camera has better performance than CCD camera. The main application fields include: astronomical imaging, particle physics experiment, fast moving target imaging, various fast processes in microscopic system, biochemical fluorescence analysis, etc.

            The scientific CMOS series cameras produced by our company adopt unique low-voltage packaging technology, which makes the cameras have excellent low-temperature refrigeration and low-noise readout performance. Air-cooling, water-cooling and low-temperature versions are available on demand. Universal USB3.0 and high speed optical fiber transmission interface are used for data communication.  PX4040B

 

The PX4040B is assembled with 4K × 4K scientific CMOS image sensor with high resolution of 16.9 megapixels. Using multi-channel readout technology, the frame rate of image output can reach more than 10FPS.


PX400B

 

 

The PX400B camera uses a 2K X 2K science grade CMOS image sensor, featuring high resolution and fast frame rate. It integrates 12 - and 11-bit ADCs to produce 16Bit HDR. Using multi-channel readout technology, the image output frame rate can reach more than 40FPS


PX6060

 

 

The PX6060 camera is assembled with 6K x 6K CMOS image sensor with large field of view and high resolution. The quantum efficiency can reach 70%, and the frame rate of image output can reach more than 13FPS.

 


PX455

 

The PX455 camera is assembled with a 9K x 6K CMOS image back illuminated sensor with a high resolution of 61.04 Mp. With multi-channel readout technology, the image output frame rate can reach more than 5FPS and adopt the image accumulation technology in the camera.


PX2020

 

The PX2020 is assembled with 2K × 2K scientific CMOS image sensor with a high resolution. Quantum efficiency can reach 95% in 560nm band, and image output frame rate can reach more than 40fps
